On 23 – 25 November 2016 the 2016 SME Assembly will take place in Bratislava. This is one of the most significant event for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and entrepreneurs in Europe, which is organized by the European Comission. The conference takes place once a year during the European SME Week. The Assembly focuses on how to make SME policy work on the ground, in order for Europe’s SMEs to really succeed.

In this year the programme will include the inaugural Schumpeter ‘Innovation in Enterprise’ lecture, keynote speeches from high-level politicians and dignitaries, the 10^th European Enterprise Promotion Awards ceremony and much more. Our co-founder Nils Dreyer also takes a session at the SME Assembly which feature amongst other themes the benefits provided by social enterprises, accelerating new product introductions, and promoting diversity.
